Gmail In All Mail But Not Inbox. Lost all my mail on gmail inbox and all my personal folders. I have a similar problem.
I see 2 email messages from this weekend in my gmail inbox using webmail, and on my iphone, but they do not appear in my outlook inbox. How about my personal folders. I have no filters set up and i'm not archiving manually.

I Missed Emails Because Gmail Had Auto Labelled Several Emails With Eg:
Found many under all mail. When you move a message, or delete it, the inbox label is removed, and the destination label is added, but the all mail label remains. I do not use those folders, therefore had not subscribed to see them.
Launch Ms Outlook And Navigate To File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings.
