Gmail Not Receiving Emails From One Person. I have checked my gmail settings, and the sender is not being blocked. So i can't receive emails from one specific person (i can from my other email no problem).
This sender's emails are also not in my spam folder. The problem is the automatic spam filter that is applied to your email before you download it is putting those emails into your online spam folder. Not receiving emails from one specific person anymore.
Emails From This One Specific Email Address Won't Even Hit Our Server.
This content is likely not relevant anymore. If you do not see the message in any of your folders, their message may have been blocked for strong characteristics of spam. Is anyone else not receiving certain emails from certain senders?

Go to the outlook.com folder list and click on the junk email folder to check if there are any missing emails. I actually created a filter for this sender to *not send the emails to spam. I haven't received emails since july 8.

One suggestion from a person on this forum was to start marking those in the spam. I know the sender is able to send email because i receive them at a non gmail account. I searched the help topics and i am aware that in order for gmail to troubleshoot with me, i need her to provide full message headers. however, she is not super tech savvy and i have yet to receive these details from her.
