When i use windows 10 mail (not outlook) to access my gmail account, many incoming messages get shunted straight to trash instead of inbox, even those from known and trusted senders who are in my contacts list (but not all of my incoming mail has this problem). Right now, i am in a big problem with gmail and i really need someone to help me. Even emails from safe senders is going into the trash folder.

Emails going to trash all of the emails i receive into one particular outlook account are going straight into my trash. The reason some emails go straight to trash in yahoo is usually because your filters are set to send certain emails there.

Open the message (or select the checkbox to the right of it) click the move to button and select inbox or the label you want to move the message to. This is crazy as i have never set up the emails to do this.
